Responsible AI Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026

Our Commitment

At Aimna Technologies, Inc. ("Aimna"), we are committed to developing and deploying AI voice technology that is ethical, transparent, and secure. This Responsible AI Policy outlines the principles that guide our product development and our expectations for how our platform should be used.

We believe that AI should enhance human capabilities and be used as a force for good in business and society.

1. Core Principles

1.1 Transparency

We believe users should always know when they are interacting with an AI. We encourage and require our customers to provide clear disclosures to their end-users that a voice agent is an automated system.

1.2 Fairness & Inclusivity

We strive to build AI models that are fair and inclusive. We actively work to identify and mitigate biases in our voice synthesis and natural language processing models to ensure consistent performance across different accents, dialects, and demographics.

1.3 Security & Privacy

Responsible AI starts with data protection. We implement industry-leading security measures to protect the data used to power our AI agents and ensure that privacy is built into our platform by design.

1.4 Accountability

We take responsibility for the technology we build. We maintain human-in-the-loop systems for monitoring agent performance and providing quality assurance at scale.

2. AI Data Usage

We are transparent about how we use data to improve our AI.

  • No Training on Customer Content: We do not use your private knowledge base content or specific call data to train our foundational models without explicit consent.
  • De-identified Improvements: We may use de-identified and aggregated metadata to improve platform performance and system reliability.
  • Model Neutrality: We provide access to multiple high-performance LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and allow you to choose the model that best fits your ethical and performance requirements.

3. Safety & Guardrails

Our platform includes built-in safety features designed to prevent misuse:

  • Topic Boundaries: Developers can define strict boundaries to keep agents focused on relevant business tasks.
  • Content Filtering: We use automated filters to detect and prevent the generation of harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Rate Limiting: We implement safeguards to prevent automated spam or harassment using our voice technology.
  • Verification: We require identity verification for customers using our outbound calling features.

4. Unacceptable Use

We strictly prohibit the use of Aimna for:

  • Generating deepfakes or impersonating individuals without consent.
  • Spreading misinformation or engaging in deceptive practices.
  • Harassment, stalking, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Illegal activities or violating local telephony regulations (e.g., TCPA compliance).

5. Continuous Evolution

As AI technology evolves, so will our approach to responsibility. We regularly review our ethical frameworks and safety systems to adapt to new challenges and ensure that Aimna remains a trusted partner for enterprise AI voice solutions.
